Pamela Anderson has spoken about her reaction to seeing Pam & Tommy producer Seth Rogen at the 2026 Golden Globes. The 58-year-old actress revealed on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show that she left the event after presenting the award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy to Rose Byrne and went straight to bed. Anderson explained that seeing Rogen, 43, left her feeling uncomfortable, recalling: “Seth Rogen did that series without talking to me… I just felt like, ‘Eh.’”

Anderson described the experience as “weird” and noted that it was particularly upsetting since the series portrayed a difficult period in her life. She added that, despite her busy schedule completing five films over the past year, the situation still affected her emotionally. “I felt a little bit weird about it… I may have just felt like, ‘I’m not chopped liver over here,’” she said, suggesting that an apology from Rogen could hold some meaning, though it was not essential to her.
The actress also criticised the series for using her personal life as entertainment. She remarked that public figures do not forfeit their right to privacy entirely, and that her deepest struggles should not have been adapted into a TV show. Anderson explained that seeing people from her past at the event, including those connected to her Malibu days, compounded her discomfort. “It’s so uncomfortable being around everybody there… I didn’t make a beeline for him, but in my mind, I did,” she said.

Previously, Anderson had expressed her disapproval of the Pam & Tommy series in her Netflix documentary, Pamela, A Love Story, and in 2023 to Entertainment Tonight. She stated that the producers should have sought her permission before creating the series, as it dramatised private moments with ex-husband Tommy Lee and the 1995 sex tape scandal. Anderson confirmed she had no intention of watching the series, stating, “I never watched the tape, I’m never going to watch this.” Cohen’s full interview with Anderson is scheduled to air on Tuesday, 20 January, at 10:00 am ET.
