Jane Goldman has attracted fresh attention after her daughter shared a holiday photograph on social media, in which the film producer appears noticeably slimmer. The image, posted by Honey Ross, shows a relaxed family moment during what seems to be a visit to a Japanese market, with Jane pictured alongside her husband, television presenter Jonathan Ross, and their youngest child.

The photograph is believed to be a throwback from last year, with Honey captioning the post “Still processing 2025”. Jane, 55, was dressed casually in a hoodie and T-shirt while enjoying a snack, and the image quickly drew warm reactions online. Her most recent public appearance before this came in November, when she attended the London premiere of The Running Man alongside her husband.
Jane and Jonathan, who married in 1988, are also parents to Betty and Harvey, both of whom have chosen careers away from the public eye. Jane herself has built a successful career behind the scenes, co-writing major films such as Kingsman: The Secret Service and X-Men: First Class, as well as writing the screenplay for The Woman in Black.

The renewed focus on Jane coincides with her daughter Honey’s ongoing work as an advocate for healthier attitudes towards body image. Honey has previously spoken about learning to treat her body with greater kindness over time, emphasising self-acceptance and moving away from harmful thought patterns that affected her confidence when she was younger.
