Bad Bunny’s representatives have confirmed that the wedding featured during his Super Bowl Halftime Show was legally binding. Following the exchange of vows and a kiss, the scene transitioned into a celebration as the crowd parted to reveal Lady Gaga, who performed a Latin version of Die with a Smile as part of the wedding-themed segment. What many viewers initially assumed was a staged performance has since been confirmed as a genuine marriage ceremony conducted live on stage.

According to representatives for the singer, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, the couple had invited Bad Bunny to their wedding. Instead, they were invited to take part in his Halftime Show, where he acted as a witness and signed their marriage certificate. The couple, who have not been publicly identified, also marked their nuptials by cutting their wedding cake during the performance.
